  • Mamie Payne

As an integrative and trauma-informed coach, I draw on years of experience and training in somatics, mindfulness, internal parts work, adult development and developmental trauma theory, and shame resilience to creatively support your unfolding exactly where you are, as you are.

My approach to coaching and facilitation is rooted in a playful depth-oriented exploration of the rich contrasts and harmonies unique to your lived experience, as well as the profound wholeness and stillness at the heart of all experience.

In the process, we discover moments of vibrant dynamism and serene stillness, gleaning evolutionary wisdom and insight from all of it. By connecting to ourselves and our ground of being soulfully, we can let go of patterns that no longer serve and strengthen our capacity to live and love from a seat of liberated wholeness.

  • Cristina Mclennan

    Midwife

    Currently accepting clients.

As a midwife, I have been honored to witness many varying birth experiences. While we frequently talk about birth and bringing life into the world with immense positivity, I understand there is often much more complexity. My hope is to compassionately walk alongside you through the transitions that inherently come with pregnancy and parenthood. I draw on experience working with diverse cultural traditions that have been in place for centuries to support these changes. I believe that pregnancy and the postpartum period are not limited to a set time duration, and can be filled with the full spectrum of ebbs and flows. I strive for a holistic approach, accompanied by the belief that all the pieces of our being are deeply interconnected. I believe that every person’s journey is unique, and I’m here to provide an authentic and non-judgemental space where you can safely explore your life circumstances with curiosity and compassion. My approach blends evidence-based midwifery practices with holistic techniques in hopes to cultivate a trusting and collaborative relationship.

Whether you’re preparing for the arrival of a little one, navigating postpartum changes, hoping to process your birth experience, or seeking to discover and empower yourself in conjunction with parenthood, I would be honored to support you.
